How does check-in work?
Both properties operate with self check-in.
- 48 hours before arrival → receive online check-in link (mandatory)
- 24 hours before arrival → receive:
- Access code
- Entry instructions
- Arrival tips
Important: Without completing online check-in, access is not activated.
What time is check-in and check-out?
- Check-in: from 15:00
- Check-out: until 11:00
Early / late options:
- Only if available
- May include extra cost
Will someone be there to check me in?
No. The process is fully automated for speed, privacy, and convenience.

How do I arrive by taxi?
Capella Town
- Taxi drops you directly at the entrance
Capella Residences
- Ask for drop-off at Old Port
- Then walk ~5 minutes
Why is the taxi drop-off different for Residences?
Because it is located in a pedestrian-only area (no direct car access).
🧳 Luggage
Can I store my luggage?
Capella Town
- Yes (on-site, free)
- Hours: 09:00-21:00
Capella Residences
- No on-site storage
- Use nearby luggage storage (5 min walk)
Can I arrive early?
Yes, but:
- Do not arrive before 09:00
- Respect quiet hours
- Use luggage storage if needed

Is there private parking?
No (both properties).
Where can I park?
Capella Town
- Free street parking
- Municipal parking (~150m)
Capella Residences
- Public parking 10-15 min away
- Street parking where allowed
Is parking easy?
- Moderate difficulty in high season
- Plan ahead, especially July-August
🧹 Housekeeping
How often is cleaning done?
- Daily: 09:00-12:00 (except Sundays)
How do I request cleaning?
Use the "Clean My Room" sign.
- No sign → no cleaning (privacy respected)
How often are towels & linen changed?
- Towels: every 2 days
- Linen: every 3 days
Are there extra charges?
Yes, if items are excessively dirty → €20 replacement fee

Are pets allowed?
No.
Is smoking allowed?
- Indoors: strictly prohibited
- Outdoors: allowed
What are the quiet hours?
Mandatory by Greek law:
- 15:00 - 17:30
- 23:00 - 07:00
Violation may result in removal without refund.
