Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 15:00 (3:00 PM) onwards.
Check-out is until 11:00 (11:00 AM).
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.

2. Is luggage storage available?
Yes, we offer complimentary luggage storage before check-in and after check-out.

3. Are the rooms non-smoking?
All rooms and indoor areas are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.

4. Do you offer quiet rooms?
We make every effort to assign sensitive sleepers to rooms located on the quieter side of the building, with minimal guest traffic in the hallway.
Please note that these rooms feature smaller balconies.
Additionally, as our property is located in the heart of Skiathos Town, occasional external noise (e.g., vehicles or pedestrians) may occur, despite our soundproofing measures.

5. Is parking available?
The property does not have private parking. Public parking areas are available nearby.

6. Are children allowed?
Children aged 12 years and older are welcome.

7. How is the room cleaning service handled?
Rooms are cleaned daily from 10am to 1pm. Bed linens are changed every 3 days and towels every 2 days or more frequently upon request.

8. How can I contact the reception?
The front desk is available from 09:00 to 15:00 (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM).
